Paratha Point Restaurant is a straightforward Indian restaurant and takeaway spot located in west Mississauga, known primarily for its Punjabi-style cuisine centered around hearty, flavorful parathas. Whether you stop by for a quick takeout or order online, the focus here is clearly on delivering fresh, home-style comfort food that satisfies late-night hunger or any time you crave those dense, stuffed flatbreads.

The atmosphere is casual and unpretentious—more about the food than frills—and the place operates 24/7, making it a practical choice for night owls or anyone looking for authentic Indian eats outside typical restaurant hours. Locals and visitors alike appreciate how consistently fresh and generously filled their parathas are, especially varieties like the aloo paneer or mixed options that come in sizeable portions, sometimes described as almost oversized for good reason.

Besides the parathas, their menu includes classic Punjabi drinks like sweet and salty lassi as well as options such as samosas, pakoras, and warm chai—items that complement the rich, spiced mains well and round out the experience. The food tends to arrive piping hot, reinforcing the sense that each dish is prepared with attention, even during the quieter, less traditional dining hours.

Customer service here is noted for being attentive and helpful, guiding visitors through their menu which can be welcoming for those less familiar with Punjabi cuisine. This friendly, no-frills approach paired with reliable quality makes it an ideal spot for comfort food seekers — especially folks who want filling, flavorful meals regardless of the hour.

Paratha Point works well for anyone craving traditional North Indian food with a focus on paratha varieties, particularly those who appreciate generous portions and authentic homemade flavors. Best times to visit are flexible given their round-the-clock service, but the late-night hours stand out as a practical option for shifts workers or those spontaneous cravings. The atmosphere is busy but friendly, with a straightforward vibe focused on taste and value rather than ambience or decor.

We were helped by Pradeep and Nisha. We ordered the paratha and mixed pakora from this place, and they were absolutely amazing! The paratha was perfectly cooked. Flaky, flavorful, and generously filled. The pakora was crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of authentic spice. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Definitely one of the best Indian comfort food spots I’ve tried. Highly recommended!

We had the mix paratha and aloo paneer paratha both were absolutely delicious! The size of the parathas was HUGE, literally Baahubali-sized Very filling and full of flavor. This is honestly one of the best parathas I’ve had in Mississauga. Plus, it’s open 24/7, which makes it even better. Highly recommend!

Kamal and siman were excellent and very professional customer service. The food was too good. Even at 3AM in the morning, the paranthas, lassi and Halwa was so fresh and hot. Came all the way from US to eat here. Heard great things here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Paratha Point is hands down the BEST Punjabi food I’ve ever had in Mississauga! From the moment the food arrived, everything was absolutely perfect – the flavors, the portion sizes, and the freshness. Every bite tasted authentic, full of rich Punjabi spices and that homemade comfort you just can’t find everywhere. The portions are so generous that you leave fully satisfied, and the quality of the ingredients truly stands out. The parathas were soft yet crispy, stuffed to perfection, and paired beautifully with the sides. You can really taste the care and love that goes into their cooking. If you’re craving authentic Punjabi food with unbeatable taste and portions, this is the spot. I honestly can’t recommend it enough – Paratha Point has set the bar for Punjabi cuisine in Mississauga!

I stopped here for a late dinner post work. Great little spot. It has more of homey/dhaba vibe. Don't expect to find a fancy restaurant. The food is amazing! Feels like eating home cooked meals. The prices are affordable. I got Amristari Kulcha with Matar Paneer and Saag, and a masala soda. Everything was so delicious! I'll certainly be dining here again. Kamal and Raman served me, they were both attentive and warm. Great service. Plus point, they are open 24/7!!

I recently visited Paratha Point and had an amazing experience. We ordered the saag with makki ki roti, puri chole, and kulcha, and everything was freshly prepared, hot, and incredibly delicious. The flavors were authentic and comforting, just like home-style Punjabi food. The chai was especially amazing — perfectly made and so satisfying. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions you get. If this place were closer to me, I’d honestly eat here every day! The employees are so respectful too! I understand why the ambience is not the best as that’s not the focal point. People come here for the authentic delicious food and that’s what they get. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for authentic vegetarian Punjabi food.
